2. Personal data processed
We process the following data:
- Data submitted through the contact form: name, company, email, role and message content.
- Technical data: anonymised IP address, browser, device and website behaviour.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries and managing customer relationships — legitimate interest / steps before a contract.
- Website analytics and targeted marketing — user consent through the cookie banner.
4. Retention
Contact form data is retained as long as needed to manage the customer relationship, for no more than 24 months after the last contact. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
5. Disclosures and transfers
Analytics and marketing providers (Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn) process data on our behalf. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA using the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data and restrict or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to antti.erha@roomdesk.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
7. Security
Data is stored in protected systems and is accessible only to authorised persons as required by their duties.
